Muse Profile
I believe that in our society there is a clear objectification of the woman, therefore for the design and focus of my final collection I intend to create a Women’s Wear Ready to wear collection, mixing cultural and contemporary fashion that embrace the worth of women, women who expect quality, inventiveness and trend. To create a comfortable, elegant, modest and original range of formal outfits for the confident career woman. I want to empower the woman without her needing to be labelled as sexy. I want my women to feel elegant and confident using their attitude, their intelligence, and their ideas breaking the stereotypes. I also feel that as a designer I have responsibility about environmental issues, and I want to provide an alternative choice against the pace of fast fashion. I want to be part of the new Eco Activist movement emerging in the fashion industry. I would like to develop my collections using upcycling, eco-friendly fabric. I hope for a better future in the fashion industry, less waste, less massive productions and more conscious consumers. I would like to create an Ethical fashion brand; a brand for responsible and altruistic women. To develop my brand I plan to consult Eco activist influencers, Muslim female bloggers and many more conscious web celebrities to convince them to wear my brand and represent the underlying message in my brand.
